To collect donations from others for the Run for ALD, please click on "Print Out Sponsor Form" on the right side panel. If you collect $200 in donations you are eligible to be included on our race t-shirt. E-mail jack@run4ald.org before May 1, 2010 or call 856-222-9104.

THE DEADLINE FOR COLLECTING ENOUGH DONATIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE INCLUDED ON THE RACE T-SHIRT HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MAY 1, 2010.
